Am I the only one thinking it looks a bit generic? Might be my second favourite car of the series though, after the gorgeous Mercedes E63 V8s. Hopefully things will get a bit more competitive now and the newcomers from Nissan, Mercedes and Volvo can close the gap to the established Holden and Ford teams.

I walked over the Harbour Bridge this morning and saw a photo shoot with a red Volvo on those checkerboards. Was wondering what it was all about.

Bloody hell!

I never realised that the air draw on a race-tuned engine is so powerfull that it creates such an underpressure that the moisture in the air condenses into vapour.

It does look a bit generic. Check out their design for Swedish Touring Cars (TTA)

Also wish they went for Polestar blue instead of Valvoline's (also a nice blue)
